1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gro.tools and all services provided by Bharat Karavadra T/A gro.tools (“I”, “me”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service Provider”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

gro.tools is a trading name of Bharat Karavadra, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. All contracts for services are made with Bharat Karavadra T/A gro.tools. The business entity operates independently, and liability is limited to the business, not the individual personally.

4. MVP Status and Development

IMPORTANT: gro.tools is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage and under active development. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • The Service is provided without guarantees or warranties of any kind during the MVP stage
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice
  • Service availability and reliability may vary as we develop and improve the platform
  • Data loss or service interruptions may occur during development phases
  • These conditions apply whether you are using free or paid services
  • The MVP status continues until officially announced otherwise

5. Pricing and Changes

Features, pricing, and service tiers may change regularly as we develop and refine gro.tools. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
  • Change feature availability across different pricing tiers
  • Introduce new pricing tiers or discontinue existing ones

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment providers.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on gro.tools, you are responsible for:

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BHARAT KARAVADRA T/A GRO.TOOLS SHALL NOT BE PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical difficulties
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or services

  • Data loss or corruption during the MVP or any development stage

This limitation applies whether you are using free or paid services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or £100 GBP, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any services will meet your expectations
  • Any errors will be corrected
  • The Service will be available at all times

These disclaimers apply to both free and paid services, and throughout the MVP stage and any subsequent development phases.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bharat Karavadra T/A gro.tools from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you submit or share through the Service
